Is my data private?
Yes — all data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or have access to any information you enter into any FirstDays app. See our full Privacy Policy for details.
Is FirstDays Growth HIPAA compliant?
FirstDays Growth is a clinical reference tool designed with HIPAA-conscious workflows in mind. No patient names are stored — only MRNs from your own EHR system, date of birth, sex, and weight data. It is the clinician's responsibility to use the app in compliance with applicable regulations.
How do I track a breastfeeding session?
Tap the Breastfeed button on the home screen, select which side you're starting on, and tap Start. The timer will run automatically. Tap the other side button to switch, and tap Stop when the session ends.
How do I export a PDF for a patient?
Open the patient's detail screen, tap the Export PDF button, wait for the PDF to generate, then tap Share to send it via email, AirDrop, or save it to Files.
How do I zoom in on the growth chart?
Open the growth chart for a patient and use a pinch gesture to zoom in on any section. Drag to pan. Double-tap anywhere on the chart to reset to the full view.
I found a bug — how do I report it?
Please email us at firstdaysapps@gmail.com with a description of what happened, which app you were using, and your device model and iOS version. Screenshots are always helpful!
How do I delete my data?
You can delete individual entries within the app, or delete the app entirely to remove all locally stored data. If iCloud sync is enabled, you can remove the iCloud data from your device's Settings → iCloud → Manage Storage.
